Educational certificate attestation procedure: Once the original certificate with a photocopy of passport is received, it goes through:
1) HRD for authentication
2) Ministry of External Affairs India (MEA) attestation
3) Saudi Culture approval by verification from the particular University of graduation, and
4) Saudi embassy attestation for the document will be done.
It takes minimum 60 working days for the educational background check. Also, all the professional details of the current/previous organizations need to be provided which go through a regular check for authentication.
In order to get Saudi Arabia attestation on educational certificates, the mentioned criteria here needs to be met: Degree should be earned through Full Time/Regular Mode only. (Saudi Cultural Attaché does not attest any degree/certificate/diploma earned through online/distance/private mode)
For fresh candidates, Offer letter must contain the NAME, PASSPORT NUMBER, SALARY AND PROFESSION. Profession must match the education background. Offer letter must be attested from the Saudi Ministry of External Affairs and The Chamber of Commerce.
Candidates who were already working in KSA, the attestation of Saudi Ministry of External Affairs is not necessary. But they need to present the Certificate of Employment issued from his current employer/institute. The Certificate of Employment is to be attested from Chamber of Commerce and the letter should contain IQAMA number, passport number, date of joining, and designation. Offer is valid for 6 months only from the date of issue.
